Cryptic/silly reference aside, I am loving this comic. =)
I am now wondering if there are differently themed/named apartments for different species. One’s with Roost or Nest in the name for harpies and phoenixes and the like. Hrm. The later might need special fire alarms aaannnd my brain is going strange places with this.

Could also appeal to knights, princesses, artists who draw architecture, people who like small greasy hamburgers…
